Having enjoyed a period of continued expansion, my client is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in Leeds. The successful candidate will either be based within the firm`s Housing Team or the Commercial Property Team. You will be working on a variety of refurbishment and multi-million pound new build projects for a range of clients such as banks, retailers, travel agents, and other blue chip companies.
The position requires extensive post-graduate experience, preferably in a PQS environment.
